    + Use pybuild build system.
  * Update packaging.
    + Raise compat level to 10.
    + Bump Standards-Version (no changes needed).
  * Move to team maintenance under DPMT.
  * Add myself to Uploaders.
  * Enable sphinxdoc and build -doc package.
