    - d/rules: Use build.xml instead of build-tasks.xml (to use xsltproc).

    - d/patches/01_also_build_javadoc.diff: Build JAR and Javadoc.
    - d/patches/02_xsltproc_opts.diff: Pass --nonet to xsltproc.
